Christopher Nowik, OD is preparing to transition into retirement and would like to sell his practice so that another optometrist can provide eyecare to this great community that I have had the pleasure to serve for over 40 years.

The practice is in a rural county in eastern Pennsylvania. The small cities of Allentown, Bethlehem and Easton are a short distance to the south, and Stroudsburg is to the north. For those who like large cities, New York to the east and Philadelphia to the south are less than two hours away. We serve a population of over 40,000 people.

A recent regional planning commission reported that they expect the area around the office to increase in population 39% by 2040. They attribute this growth to the available open spaces and easy access to two interstate highways.

The practice is long established (1981), medically oriented, and is recognized by the community for delivering exceptional service as seen by our Google Reviews.

We have two fully equipped exam rooms, two pre-testing rooms, a beautiful frame room, waiting room and reception desk that were all recently remodeled.

This private office building has 1950 sq ft for patient care. There is also a full basement for use. The building sits on a 1.5-acre lot with good off-street parking and well-maintained grounds.

This area provides plenty of recreational activities. The Delaware river and numerous lakes offer boating and fishing. The nearby Pocono mountains offer skiing, hiking, and several casinos. There are also many biking trails in the area.

For entertainment, the city of Bethlehem offers one of the largest outdoor music festivals in the summer, Musikfest. We also have professional sports in the area, with the city of Allentown offering both baseball and hockey. Both teams are associated with Philadelphia sports.

Lastly, the area has several well-known private universities.
