• Started practice in Columbia in 2003. Initially, the practice was located inside Lenscrafters. I remained in practice here through 2006.
• The practice has been at its current location in 2007. The practice is located in the Columbia Medical Plaza on a mostly medical/professional street. Columbia Medical Plaza is also host to UM Family Physicians, Columbia Musculoskeletal Surgery Center, Podiatry, and other medical specialties.
