VSP was the last vision care plan dropped in December, 2020.   Most patients stayed and pay out of pocket due to quality care.  On track to make around $750,000 this year with fewer, more desirable, patients than in the past.

Seeing an average of 1200 patients per year, current doctor prefers to leave 1-2 openings per week to get new patients and emergencies in sooner than other offices that are booked out for months.  New doctor/owner has potential to see double this number, comfortably, if desired, and bring in double this revenue. 

Small town, but with 2 large companies with around 3000 employees combined.  The community has grown since the practice started, and is still a place where families move to.  Residential and commercial building continue.  Current Landlord is constructing a new building and is open to transferring our lease to the new place since we have just renewed.

Lots to do in the Kalamazoo area.  Mattawan has top rated schools.  45 minutes from beautiful Lake Michigan, close to great little ski areas (free ski lessons from doctor's husband), 2 hours to Detroit, 2 hours to Chicago.  West Michigan is a great place to live!
