I am seeking to sell my bustling, smaller-size optometry office after five invigorating years as owner and sole optometrist.
The practice is located in a safe, family-friendly suburb of Worcester, Massachusetts, and there is significant room for expansion or growth if the prospective buyer so desires (we are booking in mid-October now, and we have not been taking new patients since early in 2024!).
I took over from another optometrist who had been practicing in the region since the 1960's, so there was a solid patient base on which I have built my own reputation and business. I own the building, and would be interested in selling the building as well; but the prospective buyer does not need to buy the building.
Since taking over the practice, I have purchased a lot of new, up-to-date equipment, including a Maestro 2 OCT machine and an OPD III auto-refractor; and we are leasing a California model OptoMap.
