Young OD is needing to relocate for her spouse's job and would like to sell her established practice to another OD who can provide great eye care to this community for another 40 years. This practice has been around since 1979, but transferred to current owner in 2019. Old owner owns building and still works at the practice 1 day/week.

This practice currently sees 8-10 patients a day spaced 30-45 minutes apart, 4 days a week.
