This office is seeking a new owner who is ready to hit the ground running!   I and an associate currently see patients 2 days a week and schedule about 14-17 complete eye exams on those days.  90% is either VSP or Eyemed.  We are currently scheduled out 2 months.  We could open up the schedule to 4-5 days a week if we had provider care available.

With the current schedule, we are grossing approximately 450,000 the last two years.  The office is managed by an excellent manager, and 2 cross trained staff members.  We use 2 full time and 1 part time staff only.  The office is approx 2200 sq ft.  We have an Autorefractor, iCare, FDT, Humphreys VF, Optos, and a Medmont Topographer.

The office sees generally primary care, but does have an above average frequency of keratoconus patients that are using either scleral lenses or duette hybrid lenses.  I have owned the office for the past 3 years, but previous owner was here 18+.  Established over 21 years ago and part of the bedrock of the community.  10% spanish speaking only.

This is a great practice with a lot of upside for anyone who is ready for the private practice journey.  I would also be open to a partnership with intention to transition out depending on the candidate.
