Northwest Optometry, LLC is a provider of family optometric and medical eye care services in the northwest Dayton, OH area. We are a Centers for Medicare and Medicaid / HHS-Commended practice (2019) and serve a diverse population of patients throughout the Dayton and SW Ohio / Eastern Indiana region. Englewood (population 13,463) Ohio is a NW suburb of Dayton and a home to Northmont City Schools as well as Sinclair Community College. Our practice is equidistant in location between the city center and Northmont High School on National Road, Ohio SR 40 at the NE corner of Chris Dr. and West National Road. Our office building is directly situated across the street from the newly (2022) opening Englewood branch of the Dayton and Montgomery County Public library.
