Announced at The Exchange 2024, Vision Source is proud to provide an incredible resource to young associate doctors looking for great opportunities and financial assistance through the NEXT Associate OD Placement Program! 

The new student loan debt relief initiative enables Vision Source recent graduates and young ODs to take advantage of employer-funded tuition reimbursement through their Vision Source associate OD compensation package. The program takes a proactive approach to helping private practice owners add associate doctors, allowing Vision Source members to access up to $150,000 in membership fee credits to earmark for associate doctor student loan repayment, along with several other support resources within a private practice setting.
