Rules of Engagement for Vision Source® Insight and VS Live

Vision Source® community guidelines prohibit negative posts, threats or harassment by using computing resources to transmit material or data that causes or encourages physical or intellectual abuse or that causes or encourages harassment, explicit or implied.

Vision Source® Live, the social media space on Insight, provides opportunities for both public and private posting by Vision Source® members and their staff. Be sure to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards. Avoid posting confidential or proprietary information about Vision Source®, its vendors, and your fellow employees. Use good ethical judgment and follow HIPPA policies, and any local, state and federal requirements that may apply. 

If you discuss a situation involving individuals on a social media site, be sure that they cannot be identified. As a guideline, avoid posting anything that you would not present at a conference. There is legal liability for that which you post on any social media.

Violations of community standards will be handled individually. Vision Source® reserves the right to remove posting privileges of users that violate the community standards. Violations can be reported to helpdesk@visionsource.com
